I was really impressed with Mack’s ability to carefully treat areas that have been a concern for me (sciatica and rotator cuff). She’s extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful with her practice! I went in feeling very stiff and tight but I left with a spark of hope that I’ll make a full recovery very soon!! Can’t wait to go back. Also the room smelled amazing

Mack is such an incredible masseuse. She’s intuitive, thoughtful and immensely skilled at bodywork! I have had many 90 minute massages with her and each one was epic. I fully recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing massage or muscular relief :) and her space is lovely and sunny ☀️

Oh my gosh! Mack is incredibly skilled and I wish I would have booked sooner. I attended a sound bath and connected with her, and knew I wanted to book a massage after an incredible experience. It was easy to book online, and I came in with some symptoms around having constant headaches, and migraines. For the appointment, Mack greeted me at the door, and then in her office we talked through what type of treatment I was looking for and issues I was navigating. I felt incredibly safe in the space and Mack checked in about pressure and needs throughout my appointment. Even now I feel like crying because it’s the first time I’ve had some relief from my lower head, skull pain, and tension within my neck.
