Dec. 30, 2025 10 AM Appointment: I don’t like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately, this one was bad enough to post. I had booked my appointment and, as stated on the website, paid the $30 deposit. My appointment was for 10AM and I arrived a few minutes before. To my surprise, the suite was dark and no one was there. Also, another client was waiting and she called to check to see if anyone was going to show up. After 20+ minutes, 2 people slowly showed up and lightly apologized. When we got in, one of the stylists asked what was our style of choice and I asked her did they not know they had 2 bookings, which she did not respond to. These girlies literally SLAYEDDD my hair. Like they seriously seriously devoured. They worked very quickly and diligently. My parts are nice and neat ♥️ like what more could i ask for. 100 stars to these ladies

My appointment from beginning to end was seamless. The ladies braiding my hair was very nice and helpful. They asked me questions about the style I wanted and would check in throughout the appointment to see if it was up to standard. The oiled my scalped and use a light gel. I was able to book ahead of time and be seen on arrival. The suite was neat and felt very clean. I will be returning soon. I had boho knotless done in colors 613,27,30 and they blended my hair to perfection and provided the braiding hair.

My appointment started 2.5 hours late; first the hair stylist arrived 30 mins late and then she couldn’t do what I had requested (knotted braids). I had made this clear on my intake form and also when messaging the manager of the salon before I booked my appointment, so I then had to wait for another stylist to arrive. she took 7.5 hours to do my braids (normally it takes 5 - 6 hours to have my braids done). She was very rough with both my own hair and the extensions, constantly knotting them and yanking them apart. She made a mess of my parting because she assumed I would want a short parting, she should have asked me rather than assumed this and once I realized it was too late to fix it. I have had my hair braided 3 times before all at different salons and never had any of these issues.

Honestly I think I have found the perfect braiding shop in Brooklyn. Not only was the shop clean, but the sisters worked so quickly. They blew my hair dry and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted before starting. Also the most precise medium knotless that are light (and exactly what I want when asking for medium - not too big or too small). For my work from home girls, they have wifi and outlets so you can work while you get your hair done. Amazing! So glad I found them.
