L’amour Nails Spa

As a mom of a baby and a toddler, I was really looking forward to a little self care time and had the signature pedicure that advertised 10-minute massage. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match what was described. After the paraffin treatment, the massage felt rushed and was done with soap instead of lotion, and lotion was skipped altogether, which left my feet feeling/looking dry rather than soft and refreshed. There was also polish left on my cuticles and outside of my nails, and even after pointing out leftover red polish from my previous pedicure, it was only partially covered and still noticeable. Old paint should’ve been fully removed. I came here because of the positive reviews and was hoping for that clean, pampered feeling when I got home, but that wasn’t the case this time.

I am new to the area and this was my first time at L’amour and had a wonderful experience! I am very particular about nail services, but was hopeful after reading the reviews; which is why I wanted to leave my own. The salon is in a shopping center which was easy to find. It was clean, organized, and a big selection of colors. I got my dipping powder manicure with Lina—she was friendly and patiently helped me match the color I wanted with their powders. She took the time to listen to how I wanted my nails filed and polished, which I really appreciated as a first time customer. Then, I got my pedicure done with Lucy. She was sweet and took her time as well. Next time I’ll ask for a cleaner polishing job but overall I am happy with my experience and look forward to going back again.

This is not my normal nail spa but came in on a Sunday when my daughter was visiting and mine was closed. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We did the Signature Pedicures and they were wonderful. Really enjoyed the exfoliating salt scrub and oil massage and the warm paraffin treatment. Paid special details to perfection on my toes. Will definitely be be back.

Had a great pedicure experience here! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the service was very thorough from start to finish. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. I was really happy with the results and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I went in to get my gel x nails removed and a regular mani. Unfortunately, my nails turned out bumpy and uneven. The technician left residue on my nails, which made them even more uneven. I had just wanted a simple fix, but I left feeling let down.
