10/10 – Highly Recommend! I love this place! I’ve tried many nail salons in San Jose, and never have I received such amazing service like I have at Lamour Nails and Spa. The salon is always clean, and the staff are so sweet and kind. Sally does an amazing job every single time! She is quick and gives you exactly what you ask for. I also love Natalie’s work. She is incredibly talented and pays such great attention to detail. I attached a photo of Natalie’s work (white background French set from today) also a couple photos of Sally’s work. They always come out beautiful no matter who does them! They also have an awesome rewards program where you earn points and sometimes receive discounts. I’ve been going to [Lamour Nails Spa regularly, and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always make sure you’re comfortable. They do a great job, with careful attention to detail, and the results are consistently impressive. The salon is welcoming, making it a relaxing place to unwind. I highly recommend them.

I feel bad wiring this but I think others deserve to know. About a year ago I went to this salon for the first time with the friend who lived nearby. During the pedicure I felt a stab and looked down and the pedicures was using a straight blade to cut the edge of my nail. I’ve seen them online used but never locally. I didn’t know if it had been cleaned or sanitized. She apologized and kept going with the pedicure. I didn’t want to make her feel bad because what was done was done. About two days later, the cuticle area started to get red and inflamed. I tried to put some topical ointment on it, but it got worse and worse until I could see that there was clearly pus under the skin. I went to the Doctor Who confirmed that it was infected and put me on antibiotics . It cleared up pretty quic

Highly recommend this nail salon! The team is skilled, and the service is excellent. My manicure and pedicure look flawless, and the colors they offer are stunning. The place is cozy and well-maintained. Will be coming back for sure! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Perfectionists! Tracy did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure (black & yellow). And my mom's tech did a lovely job on her standard manicure as well. I had my thumbs curled under a little in the uv light and they didn't dry right. Tracy wouldn't let me leave until they fixed them both. I'm thrilled with the service, their politeness, and my cute design! Plus they offer a 5% discount for cash payments. I'll be back.
