I had a very nice foot massage today. But I wonder why it was entirely empty on a Sunday afternoon, when I know of another place in Walnut Creek that where chairs are full all day long. They should explore and adopt some of their practices; for example, lower pricing (if you're doing 50x the business, it's worth it), a receptionist so your practitioner doesn't have to get up to handle guests (that didn't happen today but did last time), maybe even a membership model to inspire loyalty, like the other place does. Just sad to be there for an hour and see no other customers; with a few tweaks their business could be booming.

Terrible experience. Booked a hot stone massage through ClassPass. They have a concierge service on ClassPass where the business has to acknowledge the request for services before it’s confirmed. They accepted my hot stone request. We are about halfway through when I ask about the hot stones. They had no idea what I am talking about. Not to mention, the masseuse had one skill; using her elbows. The rest of the technique was poor and lazy. They offered 10 extra mins for their oversight, but I just wanted to get out of there. Also, because you could hear the man next door moaning the whole time. They had the audacity to ask if I’d like to book again. Hahahahahaha! No thank you. This was the worst massage I’ve ever had.

Go somewhere else, anywhere else. Easily just had the worst massage of my life. Lady practically tickled me with her fingertips the whole time. It was awful.

Great experience! Very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The spa was clean & tidy. The greeter was nice & courteous. I chose the 90-minute combo of foot massage and body massage. My foot massage was fabulous. The body massage was good, but I expected more.. The time division was insufficient for an adequate body massage. Most of my stress areas were addressed, but particularly not my right shoulder/arm. I wish the foot massage was 30 minutes and body massage was 60 minutes. Overall, I enjoyed the total experience.
