I went to this salon on 02/20 for a color correction, haircut, and full highlights. Earlier that same day I called to schedule a consultation. The person who answered the phone told me that if I agreed with the price, they could perform the service that same day. I was quoted $590, which I agreed to. During the consultation I showed an inspiration photo and clearly explained that I wanted a piece and high placement highlights. The owner assigned another stylist to perform the service. My appointment started at 11:00 AM and did not finish until after 8:30 PM. When the stylist started blow-drying my hair, I immediately noticed that my hair looked very red and the roots were uneven and patchy. I expressed my concern and the stylist called the owner. It’s been some time since I went to get my hair worked on and now that I’m looking to do it again with Kim I realized I never wrote a review for my last visit with her! I think the photos will speak for itself but I appreciated her knowledge and kind service in addition to the amazing work she did to help me love my hair again.
