Kaitlyn was so kind right off the bat. I'm usually anxious with new people, but the second she greeted me I was at ease. She did an amazing job with my hair and gave me great tips for how to care for my hair better at home.

Kaitlyn is just wonderful! This was my 15-year-old daughter’s first experience with a curly cut, and she was a little nervous because she’s had a hard time understanding and managing her curls. She finally agreed to let me schedule a curly cut, and Kaitlyn took so much time to answer all of her questions and made her feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment. She also explained how to care for and style her curls in a way that finally made sense to my daughter and didn’t feel overwhelming or time-consuming. My daughter walked out feeling absolutely beautiful and loving her hair again. I’m so grateful we found Kaitlyn. Thank you for such a phenomenal experience!

Kaitlyn was one of the best stylists I’ve EVER had!! My hair came out looking EXACTLY like my inspo photos, something that I rarely find at hair salons. Despite it being a chaotic day for the salon, she did a swift and thorough job on my hair. She was beyond friendly and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful from the moment I sat down. The store is a little pricey (charging for a blow dry…) but environment is so cozy and friendly and the service was so great that it was worth it!

She really took the time to assess my current hair color, ask thoughtful questions about what I wanted, and explain the next steps while including my input every step of the way. It honestly felt like getting my hair done with a friend. She clearly explained everything from start to finish, including what to expect in terms of cost, which I really appreciated. I’ve had my hair done professionally in many places over the years, and this was by far the best experience — from walking in the door to leaving the salon. I absolutely love my hair — the color is beautiful and the haircut works perfectly with my natural curls. She did a wonderful job, and I finally found a stylist who truly understands curly hair. I had the most incredible experience getting my hair cut by Kaitlyn. I was a lil scared getting layers, probably some repressed trauma from Great Clips haircuts. Kaitlyn was the sweetest most fun and genuine person. She was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure the cut and everything involved was tailored for my hair type and texture.
