Ellie was super professional but also very personable. I got a Brazilian wax and the V treatment today. It was my first time getting waxed down there and she really made me feel super comfortable. She could tell I am a curious person so she graciously explained everything she was doing and even what she was using. If this isn't great customer service then I don't know what is. Needless to say, I will be coming back for many different services. I enjoyed talking to her so much that I did not want to leave. If you're thinking of getting anything from Ellie, you definitely should do it. You will not regret it.

Truly a hidden neighborhood gem! I used to go to a fancy Chestnut Hill spa for facials but now I go here for a facial that’s just as high quality but so much more affordable. Can’t recommend enough! I’ve also had waxing done here. No complaints!
