Lala Nail & Spa | Nail Salon Port Washington NY

I have been coming to this salon for a long time, even before the recent change in management, and I used to love it here. Unfortunately, since the new management and staff took over, my experience has completely changed. I’ve noticed a clear difference in the way customers of color are treated compared to others, and it has made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is very disappointing because this salon used to provide great service without any bias. Everyone deserves to feel respected regardless of race, and sadly that no longer seems to be the case. I will not be returning, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reflects on how they treat their customers.

We stopped by and get a nice time just from the entry. Perfect nails for my wife and nice feeds for me. The Massage was also verry good. We will come back.

I have had my nails done here for years and always a nice job. I had a facial with Sophia that was amazing and I can’t believe how great my skin looks!

I got beautiful lash extensions with Mina, everytime they come out perfect just the way i like them.

I went here twice for gel tips and both times the service was very good. The ladies were all very nice and constantly made sure that I was happy with my nails. However both times I went to the salon I always ended up getting one or two of my cuticle areas cut by the rough prepping of the nail. Leading to my cuticles always bleeding or burning by the end of the visit. However besides that I this place is great.
