Lakewood Dental Excellence

I'm in Florida on vacation and unfortunately I blew out a bridge. The team at lakewood dental excellence were able to see me right away. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me navigate my out of state insurance. Dr. Loo gave me a good looking over and unfortunately I'm gonna need some surgery. They were helpful in getting me a referral to a local dental surgeon. Overall a positive experience, highly recommend.

i had an emergency fix that needed attention. we called the office (as a new patient) and was given an appointment that day. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness, called back to the exam room on time, seen by the doctor as well as the dental assist and my issue was immediately addressed. i was very pleased with both the speed and courtesy i experienced. i would highly recommend this dental practice.

While on vacation, my husband started with a horrible toothache. We were able to get into a general dentist, who found a crack in the root of his tooth. They referred us to this office, thankfully. We were taken immediately and they took a 3D X-ray confirming the crack in the root. The tooth needed to be pulled. They made him feel at ease. They gave him Novacaine. A choice by my husband, instead of anesthesia that would make him sleep. The tooth was pulled with no issues. They gave him antibiotics and pain pills. Now we will be able to enjoy the rest of our vacation after he recuperates in another 24 hours or so. It was a nice experience considering the tooth was pulled and totally unexpected.

My initial appointment with Dr. Loo was fantastic. What impressed me most was how she took the time to review my X-rays with me, pointing out areas of concern, something no other dentist had ever done before. I never felt rushed at any point. Dr. Loo and her team truly created a welcoming, relaxing environment that was personalized to my needs.

I had an emergency visit today and was able to get my two teeth pulled same day. Dr Bustos and his dental assistant made me feel comfortable due to me being very nervous. He made sure I was numb and I felt nothing when my teeth got pulled.
