*Acrylic gel nails with design* My family owns a condo and I came down to visit for vacation and went to get my nails done. I went in wanting a design and the lady handed me a couple nail designs and said “I only do these” which is fine I picked a different one. I chose a grassy looking one and a fish (that she said she did) I got acrylics and wanted a square shape. I am normally a very patient person and don’t complain. But my nails I am not happy, after they were “done” I paid and left waited for my ride. I noticed my nails definitely were not dry. The color was coming off. I went back inside and let the nail tech know. All she did was put acetone on my nails and said okay. I left, holding back my anger and tears. The designs are terrible. I’m posting five stars for the simple reason I had a toenail that was really bad and I was told that I probably should have it removed. When I told him about it, he said no it doesn’t need to removed. It just needs to be worked on since I’ve been going there for four months now the toenail is improving and it’s starting to grow a new toenail. And my feet look great better than they have in years!

A friend and I gave this place the benefit of the doubt since all other places were fully booked. We made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures and were sat pretty quickly. The pedicure was fine, just would’ve been better if the person would have been more heavy handed. Not even two minutes into the pedicure, the owner starts walking toward me. Without even a word said between us, she kicked my brand new purse out of the way then ripped the remote for the chair out of my hand and placed it on the Velcro. I was a walk in and at first it was great, they got me right in and I was super satisfied, with that, she asked me what I wanted and I showed a picture and she immediately turned down the design, so I ended up choosing my other one I wanted instead and she also told me no to that one saying the design was too much, (it was a a short almond with a mushroom and flowers) she kept saying she wasn’t able to do any of the designs until I gave up and just said to do some flowers She rushed me to pick out the nail polish so I really didn’t get a look threw, finally the actual nail process began, they were pretty gentle but she was hard to understand with her mask and soft voice so I kept asking her to speak up until she got mad and just spoke another language to the male she was working with The

I honestly would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for a glittery orange. What I got was horrible. She tried to do a plain orange at first. I had to ask for my nails to be filed again multiple times because they were not smooth (finished product.still not smooth). The woman who did my nails was not pleasant. Would not suggest, will not return.
