I am so glad I chose to work with Lake Lure Salon for my wedding hair and makeup! The staff did a great job working with my wedding party, family, and myself. The location was perfect, space was clean and beautiful, and the staff was so fun. They made the beginning of my wedding day stress free and beautiful! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great, stress free, and quality service experience!

I moved to the area and tried one of the “glamour” salons in Hendersonville. Had a bad experience. I asked a friend who is my age if she colored her hair (it looked really natural, was hard to tell.) She said yes, and told me to go to Cindy at Lake Lure Salon. It took 6 weeks to get in, but she was worth the wait! I’ve been going for over 2 1/2 years and have never been disappointed.

First time since moving to the area. Cindy is very welcoming. I immediately got a good feeling about the salon....and I am extremely happy with my cut!! Went to my old salon in VA for over 20 years. I can see a long relationship here!! Thanks, Cindy!!

It’s always hard moving to a new place and looking for a new hair stylist, but Taylor at Lake Lure Salon gave me the best haircut I’ve possibly ever had! She sat me down before shampooing to see how my hair naturally looks, and listened to all of my concerns and how I wanted my hair to look, and she made it happen! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

It's a very nice place, and folks are friendly. However, I gave very detailed and careful instructions regarding how I wanted my hair cut, 'I want to comb it back and have long hair that stops just at my shirt collar.' I had been wearing my hair quite long for several years and saved the removed pony tail to give to my granddaughters. I relaxed and enjoyed the conversation as the barber worked. When it was finished and I looked in the hand mirror I was shocked to find that my hair had been cut very short, entirely different than I had instructed. If you go there for a cut be certain you draw a picture of what you want done, and monitor the work.
