I went to Devin for my first ever professional massage (have had a few student sessions years ago). He made me feel comfortable and explained the process completely. He listened to my concerns and gave a full body session with attention on my problem areas. He adjusted when needed and checked in throughout the massage. My body cracked in ways I did not know were possible anymore (what a feeling of relief! 💖). I think the most magical part is today, the day after the massage, I did some stretching and have a range of motion/flexibility I haven't experienced for years. 🥹 I also have chronic pain and I noticed immediately how much less radiating pain I'm having in my trouble areas (neck/shoulders/back). We LOVE this place. The therapists are so good. Usually its really hard for me to find a therapist who can meet my deep tissue needs, but at this place they’re all good! It’s incredible. And aside from all of that, the owner Kathy is so friendly. She always works with us to make our experience the best ever and we will be repeat customers for the rest of time. 🧡

Been seeing the various therapists at Lake Grove Wellness for about 10 years now. All therapists are exceptional. Always helps my tight shoulders and plantar fasciitis. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I have been a client of Lake Grove for over 8 years. I've had great therapists with different styles and pressure. I frequently see Lola who is has gotten my tight shoulders from a 11 out of 10 in terms of how tense they are maybe a 8 which I call a win . First session with Jodi was just as amazing and much needed for my stressed out shoulders and neck. I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful team

Monica is the best massage therapist I've ever experienced. I'm a massage therapist and have had hundreds of body work, so I know when I'm in the presence of a true therapist. I can be in horrible pain, physically and emotionally, and leave there full of hope. I have an unregulated nervous system from medical and dental surgeries and gruesome procedures. 62 of them. After seeing her for the past five months, she knows what I need. She's highly intuitive, so I let her do what she does best, healing. I trust her and feel safe, which is difficult given my ptsd. She senses where my body is holding emotions and addresses it with skills I've never experienced. Just incredible skills! I'm grateful to have found her because her work is hard to find.
