Lake Arrowhead Rejuvenation Spa

I had an amazing session with Bob yesterday .. I’ve many massages before but none quite like this.. I walked in with a horrible migraine and left feeling like I was on cloud 9 ..I cant wait to have a session with the other massage therapists.. and the esthetician / nurse thats part of the team! Additionally, I look forward to trying other modalities at this amazing Spa! Kathryn the owner has outdone herself and created quite the sanctuary!! Now we don’t have to go down the hill to experience true bliss while getting cutting edge healing! There’s a sound bed, float bed and the one I absolutely cannot wait to immerse myself in is the infrared sauna with red light add on and salt therapy.. there’s several protocols in this specific room and I look forward to trying each one! I had a wonderful experience at Lake Arrowhead Rejuvenation Spa. The ladies were very kind and welcoming, and the space is peaceful. I had a massage by Holly, which was such a relaxing experience and she took the time to ask and address any specific needs I had. They even had a delicious herbal tea ready in a to-go cup to take with me once I was done. Definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing treatment.

Highly recommend! I've been twice so far to use the deep heat infrared light therapy sauna with halotherapy. She has the latest, highest state of the art of new healing modalities all in one infrared sauna. Do yourself a favor & go check it out. You will be so happy that you did. I look forward to going back very soon,

Great spot very neat and professional. My massage was on point and the place was clean and quiet. The staff are all super nice. Definitely going back to try something else. 0 gravity bed or sound therapy. Great spa in lake Arrowhead for self care.
