Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable right away. I felt completely taken care of and my skin looks amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a top-tier med spa experience.

I got a HIFU treatment with Jessica a few days ago and loved my experience. She was very knowledgeable and gentle, and the mini facial afterwards was super relaxing. Cindy was also helpful in explaining the packages afterwards. The only things I felt could have been better were 1) the booking process (they texted me after my booking was confirmed that the day I booked was full and that it was just a booking “request” - which is kind of a messy system), and 2) I think there could have been better communication before my appointment to prep. Luckily a few days before my treatment I realized I probably shouldn’t use my retinol or AHA/BHA anymore, but if I hadn’t, I probably wouldn’t have been able to do the treatment as I have sensitive skin. The most relaxing facial I have ever had. My aesthetician was so gentle and use wonderful products. The spa atmosphere was calming and relaxing and the staff also made my experience wonderful. They were kind. Explain explained everything extremely thorough. I highly recommend.

My experience with Jessica was wonderful . She is a professional and skilled in her craft . She’s friendly , engaging and warm . She greeted me with a friendly smile each time she sees me . There are many medical spas to choose from but where it matters is a genuine customer service where many businesses are now lacking . I highly recommend you to ask for her and you’ll see what I’m talking about .

I had a great experience today at Laguna Beauty. I did the turkey neck promo. I think my neck feels a little tighter already. Staff was great!!! Cindy was so welcoming and Cat (my provider) was very helpful and informative. She made me feel comfortable. I also got to meet the owners. They were very friendly!! I would definitely recommend this place. Looks very professional and clean.
