LaGra Salon and Day Spa

Beautiful place. Owner Tiffany has done a great job building this business and expanding it. Great haircut (by her) and massage by Heather. Haven't tried Pedi or Mani yet so I'm reserving a five-star rating until I've expertise services.

Love going to LaGra Salon and Day Spa in Wellsville, NY. Tiffany took over the spa just a few years ago and renovated it from top to bottom. She has a highly skilled team that is always friendly and helpful. They offer a wide range of services. I have curly hair, as does my college-aged son. Tiffany does a great job on shaping our hair for both of us - and that says something. Tiffany is also skilled at shaping my eyebrows. Heather is THE BEST massage therapist I've ever been to - and I've had massage regularly for over 20 years. Super sweet and highly skilled, very knowledgeable. I made a wedding hair and makeup trial appointment. When I went in I was told that my makeup trial wasn’t wrote down so I had to come in a different day for that, against my schedule. Back up to the hair trial, the woman said she couldn’t do what I showed her and said she would do the closest she could and it didn’t even turn out similar. I liked the style in general, but not for my wedding. I was highly disappointed but went back in for my makeup trial days later. I showed the stylist the makeup I was after and it was natural warm colors and she had ended up putting purple/green on my lids, which I liked for general wear, but again not what I asked for. Worst experience ever. Looked like my 8 yr old tried to paint my nails. Slopped all over my skin. Took almost 2 hours!!! I had to ask for the polish to be removed and I left. Won’t be returning. Was a first time customer.
