I have been seeing Natalya for the last 7 years as my massage therapist. I highly recommend her! She is empathetic, understanding, and personable. I appreciate how much she listens and attends to the things I have issues with in my back/neck. I always look forward to a session with her!

In trying to figure out how to sign up for a massage at a few places, here, she instantly took $160 out of my account. I realized my error and tried to cancel. She cancelled but “her policy” is never to give a refund. Ever. This was six days before the accidentally scheduled massage. She did not respond to my texts asking for clarification, so I showed up for the massage, but she wasn’t there. She said she cancelled it as I requested. Now I don't want her touching me, so my only option was to have her send my money as a gift to someone else. At least it won’t be wasted. Merry $160 Christmas massage. She listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly and explains in detail her approach and as to why.
