I love LADYZ OF ELEGANCE! I've been getting tree braids for years now; my husband falls in love with me all over again EVERY SINGLE TIME that I'm styled by these ladies. My main stylist is Sojohnna. However, I've been styled by each of the sisters & always feel like royalty after being serviced. If you're interested in tree braids, I would definitely call/schedule an appointment. Furthermore, I'm happy to inform you that not only is a great service being offered but hair care products as well! I use the hair detangler gloss, the scalp oil as well as the new body/hair/face butter. My husband loves the new body/hair/face butter as well. Zaire ate down on this wig that I ordered from TikTok shop (Bling Hair)!!! Best install I’ve ever had! As someone who’s tender headed with 4C hair, she was very gentle with my real hair and the braid down didn’t even hurt! Highly recommend her!!! I love this look and install

I had make two visits to try and to fix my hair. I'm not very happy with the quality of the hair used at all. Feels it's very poor quality. The hair tech didn't take ownership for her poor service. She didn't finish her service on the first visit. 1. Two trips for one service 2. Very cheap hair 3. Didn't offer my change (Just keep it) 4. Very customer service skills! 5. I have not given a set price. To the very end of the service. This is a bad business. MAKE SURE YOU ASK A ALL OF QUESTION BEFORE YOU GET SERVICE!!!

I absolutely LOVE these ladies. Top notch, personable service. I've been a client of theirs for many years. They are the QUEENS of Tree braids (iykyk), and if you don't, you know now. They are totally professional and skilled, and they love to make their clients happy. It is such a nice, clean, friendly environment. You actually feel like family. My mother recently went to this salon to get tree braids. The style looked really good but YIKES! Unfortunately, you can see the braids in the back and in the middle, it also wasn’t full enough so she had to get hair added in. Also, the technique the stylist used was very bad. The braids were intertwined in a messy careless way. (not the way you would think.) The take down was sooooooooooooo difficult and her real hair including the extensions had knots where they were not supposed to be. BEWARE! As the style is good but just never know what someone is doing on top of your head! Just be careful because my mother now has breakage all around her head and the takedown is a hot mess.
