Great people, professional. Clean place. Happy wife, happy life. I just visited the salon after construction was done. Everything is brand new, including chairs. I will recommend Ladies on X to my friends and family.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting a pedicure here today! In just one hour, I got a top-quality gel pedicure with everything included — paraffin treatment for my heels, a scrub, and a relaxing foot massage. All of this for only $38! On top of that, I was sitting in a massage chair getting a back massage as well. The salon is very clean and organized, with plenty of nail technicians available. I was even able to get a same-day appointment on a Sunday! Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The nail technician did a solid job and she was polite and friendly. I enjoyed the gel manicure I got and she even massaged my hands with fragrant lotion. The only downside was the price. The nail technician whose name I forgot, she used the nail filer machine on my nails and left marks on the nails which I need to wait for them to grow out because they look dented on the surface. I didn’t like that they were talking amongst themselves and she wasn’t careful with my cuticle. She made a couple of cuts on the cuticle which I hate. Besides that, it was ok.

My grandmother came in about 5 to 10 minutes before closing time. It’s completely understandable that an establishment would feel some inconvenience but I don’t believe making rude comments to customers is how you’re going to keep your business going. When she asked if she could be taken for a quick service the manager said “why are you coming here so late!!?” And making a fuss. There was one Nail tech who said it was fine and took her in for a polish change. The manager/boss told my grandma that she’s gonna take her, but she needs to leave as soon as they put the polish on her, not even allowing for her to dry her nails or anything. When it came up to paying and trying to tip the woman did her nails, the manager was standing over my grandma seeing how much money she was tipping the nail t

The lady in the front, boss/manager, is the rudest person with the nastiest attitude ever to exist. Everything you say, she laughs and rushes you to pick a color. Save your money and go anywhere else.
