So hard looking for a good nail shop. However I do enjoy my pedicures however, my last two manicures I have received from this place has not been good. The guy that did both of them acts like he don't even want to be there or do them. He also got mad because i misunderstood something. And them he rushes, but asks for a tip when finishes.

But I honestly wouldn't wish for anyone else to waste $30 to get was so embarrassing! I can paint my OWN nails much better than the way it was done. their nails redone the next day, which is what I need to do now. I'm obviously never going here again.I have picked at my cuticles already. as soon as I got them done but I honestly couldn't bare looking at them that way.

This has been my worst set of nails ever done at the salon and it is sad that every time you try saying they are messing up they get angry and make it worse. Today my nails were badly done it was even such a shame to walk out.. that's how you loose such a loyal consistent client. Please tell your nail technicians to be patient and do what a client wants ie you did such bad shape that you kept filing them and they became shorter and uglier until nothing could be done. Value for my little money ZERO!

Got the color changing nails in stiletto shape. The person was very nice. Thank you so much Update went back for oval blue ones. Always a great selection 😊 Update added may 17th 2024 This is going to be the last time I come to this salon. To start off, a few nail spots are beginning to use a self curing acrylic that is extremely painful as it sets and it can leave you with a burning feeling in your fingers for up to 5 minutes. But onto the real issue. I went in and asked for a full set with cat eye nail polish and almond shaped. I was quoted $55 before we began and I agreed but at the end I was charged $65 and the man tried to tell me it was a $4 charge to pay with card. I have been coming here long enough to know that wasn't true and he quickly changed his tune when I asked him about it

Horrible customer service I got my nails done for my 50 birthday ? did my nails and 3 nails pop off in one day had to go back and the same thing happened. I went to work once again they pop off . They wanted me to come back and pay full price I will never go to them again I feel betrayed as a long term customer for 10 years plus
