I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! From the moment I walk in, everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, which makes me feel so comfortable every visit. The salon itself has such a friendly, relaxing vibe, and the staff really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I especially want to shout out my nail tech, Lala. She is AMAZING! Not only is she incredibly talented and detail-oriented, but she also takes the time to really listen to what I want and always brings my vision to life perfectly. Whether it’s a simple, clean look or a more intricate design, she nails it (literally!) every single time. I get so many compliments on my nails thanks to her work. Had the pleasure of getting my nails done from Elsa! What an amazing job, made me feel so comfortable and at home. She was also comfy with trying colors until I found something I was happy with. Didn’t feel rushed at all! Definitely a hidden gem in bay ridge! What a clean and beautiful space and she’s amazing with her nail art. Thank you Elsa! Will definitely be returning! ❤️
