BEST SALON IN THE HAMPTON ROADS AREA. Customer service is always tip top. Don ALWAYS makes sure I get exactly what I ask for. And the prices are so reasonable. Edit…it is now January 2026 and I am still absolutely in love with this place. Don never disappoints and always does exactly what I ask with the best customer service. Got my first pedicure from him today and OH MY GOD was it SOOOOO relaxing. I also was in the hospital earlier this week and not feeling my best when I got there. I didn’t tell him that and he still gave me star treatment. I love this man.

I have been coming to Lady Nails for over 15 years and to say I was in shock when I walked in is an understatement. It has been completely transformed into something special. Beautiful inside and the staff was so welcoming. Open until 7:30pm as well.I was even given a complimentary beverage. I highly recommend trying out the new and improved business! I cant wait to come back.

This place is new and you should absolutely make it your new nail place! Their color selection is fantastic, I’m obsessed with the cat eye colors. I sometimes have difficulty picking my color, which has been no problem here because my nail tech works with me to help me feel delighted when I’m done. 11/10, love this place.

I have been coming here regularly for five years. I was completely surprised by the renovation. The entire salon has changed. (including the staff- good luck Juan🥰) However, everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY and hospitable. I opted for the ‘hot rocks’ pedicure (there are several to choose from) and got my nails filled. Both services were done by Tweetie. I suffer from ingrown toenails and she removed four of them COMPLETELY and with minimal discomfort. I am super particular about my nails because I MUST be able to work with them. (they can’t be thick & must feel natural) They were done perfectly without any direction. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back! Thank you!😊

Even after new ownership, lady nails never disappoints! I’ve been coming here for about 20 years and the level of quality they offer is always exceptional!! The only thing that’s changed is they now offer more services! I cannot wait to come back in a couple of weeks for a fill on my manicure, then to proceed to relax even more with an hour massage!
