Only reason for 2 stars is for how well Brittany resolved this & refunded us. I wish I could give Brittany 5 stars for customer service, while CARRIE should receive ZERO!! Completely botched my husband’s hair, come to find out she’s been in the business for a decade? HOW!? Carrie should find a new line of work, photos included of Carrie’s “work”, if that’s what you’d call it…0/5. AWFUL. Thanks BRITTANY for refunding.

I've been a Lady Jane's customer for a couple years. Never too long of a wait and I get a perfect haircut every time. Brittany is my go to and Theresa is great too.

Have went here multiple times for eyebrow waxing. Was satisfied every time, but the last. I went on December 5th. I now have burns and maybe an infection? Will not be coming back.

Brittany cut my hair did a great job very personable. Hate talking to ppl and she made it enjoyable.

Very relaxed and accommodating crew, prices are extremely reasonable and they can always work with you on appointments if you give them notice. Give them a try and see for yourself!
