I had an amazing experience with Paige, my hair stylist at Lady jane’s. She truly lived up to her name by treating me with exceptional care and attention. Paige listened attentively to my preferences and concerns, and she expertly created the best hairstyle I've had in a while. I was impressed with her skill and dedication to making me look and feel my best. I left the salon feeling more confident and satisfied than ever. I can't recommend Paige enough for her top-notch styling and fantastic service.

Myself, and my two-year-old son have always had a positive experience. My most recent haircut done by Shannon was probably the best anyone has ever done in 38 years and it’s nice to see such a good service in a time when it seems to be rare!

The best barbers ever. They are all so nice, they're respectful, funny, nice and just the best. They listen to what you have to say and what you want as you hairstyle they are talkative with their customers and again they are just the best at what they do.

I’ve been a customer at the Rocky River location for several years. I initially jumped around and tried different stylists and they were each great, which is what kept me coming back. Ultimately, I met Shannon and had the best haircut of my life. Needless to say, I’ve been returning to see Shannon ever since. Always kind and courteous, she delivers a consistent and high quality service that is definitely worth more than what they charge! I’ll be a client of Shannon’s for as long as she’ll have me! I had a sharp haircut by Marie which she actually took the time to step back and look, double check what style I wanted (Medium skin fade into a longer top) , and she didn’t cut the top on her own accord or attempt the eye brows without asking!
