Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Garner (Cabela Dr)

I work 4 minutes away from this place and have been coming for 2 years now... I tried to have my haircut during lunch, called in advance and asked for a wait time if there was one. She said no wait time you can come in now, I left immediately from work to come here and now have been sitting for 30 minutes. I am now leaving after wasting my time here and will never be back the haircuts have always been ok at best and there's always a wait which is normally fine but the fact there's zero transparency here and someone can't be honest with me is wild .

Went in for the first time yesterday. I asked for a trim on the top and a fade on the sides. She proceeded to give me a buzz cut with only one patch of hair (off centered) claiming we could gel it so it was centered. I ended up having her shave everything and was extremely disappointed. When asked why she shaved most of my hair off to begin with, her answer was "I didn't really know what to do." Once I returned home I realized that I also had a random line buzzed into my hair too. I have been growing my hair out for years and am EXTREMELY upset that it's now all buzzed off. I would NEVER recommend anyone come here to get their hair cut. Safe to say I will never be returning.

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. My barber Lila always makes sure she takes pride in my haircut. She is efficient, precise, and very caring. She is amazing at what she does and she makes me feel happy to come to each appointment. I always leave the chair looking like a new person and feeling even more confident than when I arrived. I have been going to Lila for almost a year and I will continue to stick with her for as long as I get my haircut. She is the best!! 🤗

I haven been getting my haircut for years at the Raleigh location by Maribel. She’s amazing. This review is not directed to her. I called my Raleigh store and was told she was working at the garner location. A lot further away from me. I called at 11am and I was told she had an appointment at 11:45p. I took it and hurried to get there due to my commute. Upon arrival Maribel was surprised to see me. She informed me that I had been double booked. I explained that I just spoke with someone not 49 minutes ago. The two ladies at the desk acted like it wasn’t them but obviously was. Maribel was very apologetic and I didn’t make a fuss. Took my son there and the woman absolutely butchered his hair. We walked out and i noticed his face and neck and back was covered in hair clippings. She was rude and obnoxious. Never again.
