Took my kid for a haircut and I think we've found our forever place! It's a convenient location right by La Farm Bakery on Cary Parkway. The barbers 💈 are extremely professional. I checked in and we hung out on the couches watching TV. We didn't get called till closing time but they have a policy to accommodate walk-ins till 8pm. That's way longer than most places in the city. With a $5 tip it was $27 for a kid haircut, so a bit on the pricey side, but our barber Lauren was awesome and took great care of my kid. She a true hair artist and a wonderful professional! Highly recommend supporting this local small business rather than giving your money to the dispassionate chain hair salons who don't care for your business.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. My stylist, Chan, kept talking with me and the other stylists about how she stayed out late drinking all night and was extremely hungover, even saying she needed someone to “trade bodies” with her and that she wouldn’t have even come in today if she had the choice. Even stumbled into me at one point. The station was unsanitary — hair left on the chair, and she just wiped it away with a rag before blowing dirty hair off the clippers with an air duster. That kind of practice puts customers at risk of infections like HPV or other hygiene-related issues. She was distracted, talking to coworkers and even someone next door about football picks while cutting my hair. Kids come in here and could hear all of this. Went in for a haircut, instead got a bad surprise. This place seems great at first glance, but after waiting an hour and half I ended up getting a terrible fade job with uneven lines cut around my head. Didn't even find out until I was home where everyone laughed at me when I showed them my new haircut. I paid their high fee for a haircut, gave a good tip, and ended up needing someone else to salvage what they could. Good thing hair grows back. Not worth the wait or ridiculous price. I attached pics as proof. They didn't have color for my son's hair in stock or any hair moisturizer afterward either. I wanted to love it, but the bad haircut sealed the review since that's what I'm there for... Just go to a Sportsclips or anywhere else instead. At least they have an online/ automated check-in
