Lady African Hair braiding

I've been getting my hair braided for the last 5 years faithfully, this was my first time in an African shop. I'm new to the area and my neighbor & daughter recommended this shop. First off my daughter gets cornrows when she goes in & they are beautiful. My neighbor gets small box braids & they're also very pretty. Well I requested medium/small braids. First, I was in the shop from 9a.m. - 5:20 p.m. ALL DAY! I've never had box braids take over 5-6 hours. Second, I had 2 ladies on my head. Both had different braiding techniques. The one with the blonde hair, was awesome!! I didn't even feel her braiding. The other young lady was rough, less precise. Today I got my hair done over in crochet braids using Freetress. I wanted to switch up the color and style since I had this style for my birthday. I been getting my braids done here for years.Really nice lady. Really love wearing braids and this is the place I come. They are good.

I feel bad for bringing my mom here to get her hair done I usually do it but I felt like she deserved to go to a professional. Never get your hair done here my moms crochet braids came out within a week price wasnt bad at all but she refused to do my moms hair over or at least fix the braids that came out. Not good for business

Call today to make an appointment. The woman who pick up the phone told me she would call me back. To see if she had the hair, well she didn't. What kind of braiding shop runs out of hair, when you have two Beauty Supply Stores near you. Then, she was rude, talking about I'm busy I have customer. Well you won't get my business neither.

Well I got my hair done yesterday. Unfortunately, Im not to happy with the results of my hair. The owner started my hair, but someone else finished. The part that the owner did is beautiful(which is the front) the back of my hair is a hot A**mess. I expected more for the price I paid. Very Disappointed😞
