Customer Reviews
I usually don’t write reviews but if it saves somebody their time and money! It seemed nice and they got me in quickly. I got a gel manicure and overall felt it was kind of sloppy and uneven. One of my nails there is actually a bubble/ripple and something painted underneath it.
First time coming to this salon! It’s so big, it’s two stories. I got the builder gel full set and I am happy with how it turned out. I went with my friends and they were all pleased with it. They do it all here: acrylic, dip, gel, design, gel x, builder gel, pedicure, etc. I like how clean it is and even though we didn’t have an appointment k only waited like 15-20 minutes. It was definitely busy but as I was finishing up it wasn’t as busy. There were some moments of miscommmunication with pricing and what not which made me frustrated at times so I would speak to 4 workers to make sure but still in the end I guess we were all not on the same page. I understand their is a language barrier but I also am very mindful of that because I’m also an immigrant. But anyways, the quality is great,
The quality at Ladue Nails is amazing every single visit. The technicians are detail-oriented and truly skilled at what they do. My gel manicure looked smooth and bright, and the experience felt peaceful and refreshing from beginning to end.
This by far was the worse service I have ever received from this nail shop. First of all, the nail tech David was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about my nail concerns at all. Customer service goes along way with me. There should always be a level of customer service displayed and given out but that was not provided. I will not patronizing them ever again.
I came with friends and was hopeful since the salon looked nice and clean. I had gel on my toes and was charged $5 for removal (fair), but they tried to upcharge $20 for new gel polish—making a basic pedicure $75. I declined and went with the regular pedicure for $55. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it. The service was actually painful—the tech buffed too hard around my toes, and two weeks later I’m still sore and limping. I also have ingrown nails now from improper trimming. My feet didn’t feel much softer afterward, and they barely removed any calluses. The massage was weak and rushed. Disappointed overall, though I might consider giving it another shot with a different technician.
