Ladies Choice Hair Salon is a 5 star establishment. The owner, Nicole (Nikki) Wlden-Hooks is best stylist I know. Nikki has taken great care of my hair and styled it for over 20 plus years. No matter what style I'm rocking, I always get a lot of compliments!!! This is my current style...some told me recently "your hair style is fierce"!!! What do you think?

Nikki is an expert colorist and stylist, who prioritizes healthy hair. My natural hair has thrived under her care. She also gives great advice and guidance regarding the healthy personal maintenance of your hairstyle. Her professionalism is unmatched. I also appreciate Stevie’s work with chemicals, shampoo, and conditioner. His warm greetings, lively conversation, and music selections makes the environment warm and inviting. I always enjoy how I feel when I’m there and how my hair looks when I leave.

I was referred to Nicole by another stylist and someone I knew personally. The first two photos are of what I asked for. The remaining photos are what I got. This was a big chop and I really wanted to love it. It was a huge change from my shoulder length, balayage, curly hair. I was greatly disappointed at the reveal. I left with us both agreeing maybe I had to get used to it. There was another customer waiting so I failed to voice my criticism in detail, but I was clearly disappointed. The results did not compare to the photos in my opinion. After a few days, I decided to leave a brief voicemail at the shop (with little detail about the reason I was requesting a call back) but I never received one. The ambience of the studio is amazing is relaxing welcoming and comforting. Miss Nikki knows exactly what she's doing she's a master at her expertise.
