I needed braided hair was able to purchase it at a reasonable price! Ladawn is in a good location save me a trip to the Pflugerville hais store. I experience quality customer service in a friendly environment. I also showed a picture of the lip gloss I like and hope to see it in the store when I go back. They are new to the area I rode by it at first I was just passing by then I backed up and it happens to be a new black hair store so I had to stop and go inside and say I’m glad yall are here they were so welcoming it’s so beautiful on the inside of the store and the owner is very down to earth and it’s family owned if you have any request they will order it as well for you to have thank you !!! They also gifted me a goodie bag for their grand opening!!!

I stopped by Ladawn’s Beauty Supply and honestly had such a great experience. The owners were there when I visited, and they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and so informative. They took their time helping me, answered all my questions, and really made sure I was getting the right products instead of just rushing me through the store. The atmosphere was warm and inviting — it felt comfortable the moment I walked in. For a business that’s only been open for about two months, they’re already doing an amazing job. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and about building something special. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend Ladawn’s Beauty Supply to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant shopping experience.

It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and her daughter. The customer service at LDS was incredible. After I purchased my products I think I stayed in the store for an additional 30 minutes just chatting with them. So delighted to have an ethnic beauty supply store right here in Georgetown.
