Lacquer Lounge

I have been going to Lacquer for years. I will normally take my daughter along with me. We always have a great experience but today was exceptional. Today, Hailey and Mafe completed manis and pedis for us both. Each of them were so genuinely kind and friendly but beyond that they were really good at their craft. Hailey took great care of my 11 year old, doing her nails and toes with some added nail art expertly. I always get a nice nude but I wanted something a little unique. Mafe brought my idea to life and it was exactly as I pictured in my mind. I’d highly recommend them both! As a bonus, the space is clean, welcoming, and everyone there is so friendly. That’s what keeps us coming back :)

After walking past Lacquer Lounge in the neighborhood for a couple months I decided to try an appointment here as I continue my search for a new regular nail salon. I decided to make an appointment to try builder gel for the first time and made the appointment in person. This was very easy and the staff was accommodating. I did ask to have a manicurist who could do simple nail art and they said this would be an extra $15 charge. After I made the appointment I asked what the total cost of the service would be and was told $115 (with nail art) which surprised me a bit but knowing this was more of a higher end salon I decided to move forward. I have been coming to see Anh for a gel manicure and regular pedi every two weeks for a little over three years and I look forward to it every time. As you can see, she does an absolutely fabulous job. I’ve had a lash lift & tint and brow tint & shape with Kat several times and she is also wonderful. Sara is always very helpful with scheduling, making sure I’m on the books if my regular appointment falls on a holiday. Overall, the salon is clean and modern, everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and helpful - if I could give more than five stars I would.

I love love love coming here! I’ve had gel manicures here a few times now and every experience has been amazing. The gel removal process is done with care and is gentle, which is great for me, especially because I get dyshidrotic eczema breakouts around my nail beds which have resulted in pain with polish removal at other salons. Jade is an extremely talented artist & does phenomenal work whether I come to her with an intricate design or a simple gel manicure request. I never feel like the appointments are rushed and she takes great care to make sure that my nails look amazing. All of the staff are super friendly, and all of their reusable metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave and sealed in sterile packaging until they are opened in front of the customer.

I’ve gotten my nails done as well as a few waxes at Lacquer Lounge for the past year and a half. I have never been anything less than happy about the services I got. Everyone there from the receptionists to all of the technicians are super sweet and work very hard to accommodate schedules, be transparent with pricing, and make the clients feel great! I’ve received a polygel set in the past which lasted significantly longer than I expected. My current regular technician is Sophy who is absolutely fantastic. She does gel and soft gel extensions as well as pedicures, all of which have been amazing. My soft gel extensions have lasted soooo long (probably longer than I should’ve left them on for haha).
