It was my birthday and I was 15 minutes late. Jessika is on the phone talking very loud and complaining about having to pick her children up from school. It wasn't even close to school being out yet. When I walked in everyone was staring at me even Lacara. I tipped her for doing my hair which I shouldn't have because she was rude and my appointment before this one she was on her phone the entire time and took about 3 hours to give me 4 braids. I should've said something but I didn't. I never went back!

I ordered hair extensions from Lacara’s website a few weeks ago. The shipment came extremely fast, the quality of the hair is amazing! I ordered Water Waves and it is beautiful! No shedding, no weird smell and it’s very easy to manage! I highly recommend her products!

Lacara provided me service. She was a few minutes late to the appointment. She suggested deep conditioning for service. Since she is the professional, I obliged. However, when it was time for me to pay my tab, she NEVER mentioned to me it would be an additional $20 for the deep conditioning. She literally slid that additional service onto me as if it was a courtesy with my appointment. While combing out my hair, she engaged heavy conversation with her co-stylists, which is fine, except, the subject she was discussing was making her emotional and she took it out on my hair. I am a natural. So while she was talking with so much passion she proceeded to pull on my hair while combing it out. I finally yelped out loud and she replied "oh honey I'm sorry, but it's inevitable." WHAT??? No! She w

Was waiting over a year for an appointment and got it on December 23.. was the best Xmas gift to myself. Love it ( got a quick weave bob) and will definitely be making a next appointment ( hopefully there will be a spot.. lol)

Awesome place the atmosphere is very relaxing, the vibe there is great and the ladies are wonderful. Being able to fully express how I'm feeling through my hair. These ladies get it!!! Love it here
