My first time at this place and it was lovely! I got a super old set removed, my nails were literally breaking and cracked and she really transformed them. They’re super friendly, too. I also like the atmosphere of the place, not too overstimulating. The prices are also super fair!! :)

This is my second time in a month. First, I went for a gel manicure with Jennie. Today, I went to remove the gel with Debbie. Service both times was great. Jennie was very professional, and meticulous. I also liked the way she shaped my nails. Her technique made my nails look good for longer. Today Debbie was super nice, did more than just removing the gel. My nails looked great and healthy after she was done. All of them seem very nice, more than Im used to at a nail salon. Prices are fair too, especially for the location. I found my place.

I went in for the first time for an acrylic nail removal. I was asked if I wanted to do something else or just that and I said I just wanted them removed. He let me to the spot that I was going to be in and then a lady came and sat down. This person did not even introduce themselves and looked very young. There was a time when my nail bed got overheated with the e-file and it burned. When she cut my nails I was afraid she was going to cut a part of my skin as it felt that the clippers were about to grab the finger along with the nail. She filed with the e-file and then soaked my nails with acetone for a little bit but removed it and there was still acrylic on she continued to use the e-file until it was fully removed with it. Nancy is super efficient and quick and I appreciated that. I went in-person to book an appointment the day prior and when I arrived the next day, she was the only person there and ready to go. I asked for a french gel manicure and it took around 30-40 minutes. The nail salon is clean and well-lit with easygoing soft piano instrumental playing on the radio. The only complaint I have is that her accuracy on painting my middle finger's french tip is a bit off (see photos). Overall, still gorgeous and I'm happy despite that detail. Oh. After painting my nails, she slathered both my hands with this mysterious oil and I'm not sure if she is hard of hearing or didn't know, but she smile shrugged/dodged the question when I asked what the oil was. Didn't have any skin allergies or reactions to it

It was horrible. Hey google can i write my bad bad review without any stars. It was an indescribably horrible wax. I have waxed almost 1000 times in my life but I have never met such a stupid waxer. He tortured me for 40 minutes, pulling me in all directions without any concern, and then he insulted me with how long it had grown! That is why it hurts so much. He mercilessly applied very hot wax to my sensitive areas and I screamed in pain, continuing to do so. When my skin was burned by the hot wax he applied, I was about to die of pain, he wiped it off with an alcohol swab and made it even more horrible. I asked him if he had ever done a Brazilian wax before? How many years have you been doing it? I said I had been doing it for 8 years and he continued to hurt me. I couldn't bear it anymo
