The service is usually friendly and welcoming, and they consistently do an amazing job. Even though I don’t live in the area anymore and have tried other salons closer to home, I still find myself coming back here. I’ve been here many times and honestly haven’t really had any bad experiences (maybe 1–2 minor ones at most). There’s usually little to no wait, and their prices are fairly reasonable. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Did not do a good job. I just got a plain manicure, Li Li did my nails, she did not shape them properly only the one nail she showed me when she started, she did not clean my cuticles, the polish does not look smooth, nor did she offer a hand massage or moisturizer. When speaking with the manager she offered me a discount but then tried to charge me extra for a plain french tip no gel. Im actually pretty upset due to it being my birthday tomorrow

I did not like Tony’s work. I gave him a reference picture and they didn’t match it at all. I explained I wanted to test out the color on one finger but he argued with me and painted all of them and cured them. I tried to tell other workers what happened but I was over it and let him continue working. He seemed like he didn’t care about doing it right. I asked for French and it was done so smeary and crooked. After the whole mishap of not giving me what I wanted, a hair was stuck on my thumb under the base coat, I pointed it out and he decided to paint over it with the polish. He didn’t even try to start it over. I have been to many nail salons and this was not a great experience. My fingers became sensitive and lots of hang nails from the aggressive handling. Nice place, staff was friendly. I just didn't like my nails. I wanted rhinestones along my cuticle line type placement and I got a bunched up pile. I feel like it was her first time. I tried to walk her through it and had example photo. I dont know. She was sweet though.

I hate to write bad reviews, I’m business owner and I know how bad it feels but I’m so frustrated with their service, I’ve been doing gel polish with them ( just because I’m being gifted gift cards for this salon) I only do the gel no cuticles ( I do my own) I pay $50 with tips and taxes and with 4 days the gel starts coming off my nails!! I even use gloves for chores at home, that’s the third time this happened, the only time it lasted almost 4 weeks was my first time over there. I don’t think they care for the customer and service they provide …. Very frustrating and disappointing . I was there on Friday, I’m posting and taking photos today Thursday , so less than a week
