I went in expecting a good haircut, but my experience was disappointing. The barber did not cut my hair evenly, and when I mentioned it, my concerns were brushed off. As a Black customer, I also felt unwelcome and treated differently from other customers. This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Took my 1 year old son for his first haircut today and they were amazing. The woman who works there (don’t know her name) was very patient with my son. The man in the chair next to hers also helped when my son became irritable. Amazing experience.

Zero empathy and friendliness, especially when a customer arrives. One of the employees calls another barber to see that there is a customer waiting and he just shows up and says to wait, very incompetent... For my part, we got up and left... For my part, I DO NOT recommend it.

Absolutely Horrible, general unprofessionalism, and complete ignorance of what a customer wants, I'm trying to be respectful here but I am never needing to head to a barbor shop, I'd Rather Cut My Own Hair Than Be Ridiculed By People That Don't Listen And Can't Cut Hair, Not Only Is My Entire Trim Wrong But It Is Not Even And Again, Terrible. Such A Dissapointment, I Expected Better.

Friendly staff, family oriented environment and great service. I've had my hair cuts with almost every barber at the location they have made sure I am satisfied as a customer. They're all very skilled and professional.
