I don’t understand why you can’t pay for a 30 day tan anymore?! But now I know when I had to pay $101 dollars and change for a so called plan! $20.00 opt out fee sign papers! What a rip off racket never again! You’ve seen the last of me and my money! I can only hope that you close, or the health department closes you! Your nothing but a scam business!

I had surgery on my foot in January/2025 and was unable to wear a regular shoe for 6 months due to pain, inflammation and my wound not healing properly. I took a chance and signed up for the red light therapy and I couldn’t be happier! After consistent use for about six weeks, my inflammation and pain subsided a great deal and my wound was healing faster than it ever had previously. By week eight, I was in a regular shoe , Without pain and I was due to have a second surgery, but was able to cancel it because I was pain-free by that time. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone and have recommended it to all my family and friends because I personally have seen such a difference. The medical grade Red Light Therapy at LA Tan had a tremendous positive effect on my quality of life!

I was gifted a tan package, but wasn't told I had 1 year to use it. I asked 4 times for a call or text from the manager. NEVER HAPPENED. Staff did what they could but management told them to tell me nothing they could do, REALLY??. I only 1 tan left, staff did what they could to give me the other four. That was the only place I've gone, time for a change. Communication is the key to complete customer service. Thank you for the quick reply. Had the manager called me 1 of the 4 times I requested that I made over the last 3 weeks I would of understood and would of been fine with it once that was explained. A 2 minute call would of cleared it all up. More management training on customer service.

Give them an extra star for it being clean and providing a service we used. I don't understand their methods. We signed up for a monthly plan and I have been charged almost daily since that has happened with no end in sight. This was a mistake, use caution.

This is the place I usually go to. The girls in there have always been so nice and sweet but this one isn’t. Not friendly at all and she is pushy. She also said my card declined when it actually didn’t. When I left I checked my account and got charged twice but she refunded real quick without saying anything. I was going to buy a good lotion but she changed my mind. Hire better!!
