L.A. TAN/ SORÉ WELLNESS

I come to the Crystal Lake LA Tan a few times a week. I love this location. Never have a bad experience here. The ladies are always incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable. Especially Jessica and another woman who works nights. I don't know her name but she has about jaw length blonde hair. The beds are always super clean. They recommend great lotions for my tanning needs. This morning (02/25) I went in to tan and didnt even realize I had left my planner notebook behind on my last visit. They had it there at the front desk waiting for me and made sure I got it back! That is how awesome these ladies are with their customer service.

The atmosphere at this location is amazing! Especially when Tara is working from my past 2 experiences. I’m so grateful she informed me on all the benefits of red light, I was eager to buy a package. I left each time feeling refreshed. The playlist she was playing added to my experience as well. Very uplifting as well as meeting her! - side note she was vacuuming when I walked in. So refreshing to see those whom care about the little things!

I always get spray tans here and every time is amazing! The staff is super welcoming and helpful, especially Tara, she always makes sure I’m taken care of and leaves me feeling confident and glowing. So professional, clean, and consistent. Highly recommend

I previously had really good experiences at this location, but I went in to cancel my membership and had an issue with the employee at the counter. She slammed the paper for me to sign on counter in front of me and was very rude. I only chose to cancel because i’m moving, but honestly this solidified my decision further. Maybe this person was having a bad day, but it’s still unacceptable behavior in a professional setting.

In our world, where customer service is almost obsolete, I'm happy to say that this is not the case at LA Tan - Crystal Lake. I tan frequently there and all of the employees are friendly and professional. Tiffany makes sure everything is in order. I definitely must share my thoughts about Jessica (Jess). I see her quite often and always with a smile on her face. She welcomes everyone with the same positive energy, answers questions thoroughly and makes sure all of the beds and areas of the location are clean/appealing. Jess makes you feel like you're a special guest. My good fortune!
