LA SPA & NAILBAR

I’ve been going to La Spa Nails for about five years and have generally had okay experiences, but I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review until tonight. I tried GelX nails for the first time, applied by Stephen, and the experience was exceptional. He explained every step, checked in on my comfort—especially with the lamp heat—and the final result was impeccable. I’m officially a huge fan of GelX, and for the first time in five years, I asked for a technician’s card. I’ll be booking with Stephen from now on. I highly recommend his services!

12/29/2025 145pm My daughter and I came today and WOW! This salon is truly something special. My daughter and I both came in for pedicures and long gel nails, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The space is beautiful, spotless, and calm, and every person we interacted with was kind, courteous, and incredibly talented. What meant the most to me was how thoughtfully and respectfully they treated my 10-year-old. She was spoken to with sincerity and care, which made the experience unforgettable for both of us. Our nails look amazing, and we’ve already decided this is our forever salon. The work is stunning, but the people are even better!

I’ve been here twice and while the ambiance and the techs are super nice the work isn’t the best. I went tonight and got this gel manicure with two snow flakes on each hand. Was $54 plus tip and the polish is so far from my nail bed it looks like it’s already two weeks old instead of two hours. I didn’t even realize just how bad it was until I got home in better lighting so sad to have holiday nails looking this rough

This place is an absolute joke ! I was referred here by many friends of mine and let me just say, I will NEVER return. I went in New Year’s Day, they only accepted walk-ins due to the holidays, which is totally fine. I only had to wait maybe 5 mins if that. Now as someone who works for my tips and is in the industry as a manager of a hair salon, I felt completely uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I am not one to ever complain but this needed to be said for others. The receptionist was rude. I picked out my color and was called back. The lady was very nice but it only got worst from here. Everything about La Spa was great! The ambiance was clean and relaxing. I showed my nail tech, Bi, a photo of the design I wanted and said it didn’t need to be exact, as I’m not picky. He said “Don’t worry, I’ll do it better.” And he definitely delivered! I got a gel x full set and will definitely be coming back for refills. Since the design I wanted was on 4 nails, he also told me ahead of time how much extra each nail that had a design would cost, so I knew exactly what I was paying before we started.
