Customer service on 20.... Selection is Great. Wigs slightly overpriced but only because I know wholesale value otherwise totally worth it. Everything else is reasonable and once again just customer service is wonderful. Going back today and looking forward to it. Great if you need some last min options for hair choices.

Horrible selection, prices & no exchange or refunds. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will only be shopping at N&H Beauty in Corona. They have a much better selection and allow exchanges & refunds.

During my first visit to the store, I was struck by the pleasant atmosphere and outstanding customer service. The store appears to be family-owned, with a husband and wife team at the helm. I was impressed by the diverse range of products available at reasonable prices. My shopping experience was efficient, and I noticed a steady flow of customers in the store. The prices were competitive, and I plan to return to the store in the future.

Honestly, I just wanna say this store has gone down so much. I’ve been going to the store since 2009 and I don’t know if they have new owners but everything is overpriced and the hours of operation are insane. They’re only open for six hours on Sunday from 11 to 5 PM…. That blows my mind… other days they’re not open until 1030 till 6 PM like is that not wild? They literally have it open while people are working. I remember I used to go and make really early morning runs or early evening runs at six or seven to the beauty supply, but nope, I have a 5 to 6 hour window during business hours when everybody else is working to get what I need honestly I’m done coming here
