BEWARE!!!! Getting serviced by Iesha started out as a pleasant experience until the end. I happen to look to my right while getting dressed and saw her cellphone propped in an upright position. I looked at the screen and saw that it had been recording. Yes she recorded my session smh. Long story short I thought as quickly as I could and sent the recording to myself. I left to avoid confrontation and immediately text Iesha. She had the nerve to say that she didn't know her phone was recording. Thats was very much a lie. The recording shows her setting up the phone and hiding the it behind some product jars. No I did not sign any waivers nor did she have my consent. Anyway police and L & I are actively involved.

Iesha was pleasant and understanding; my GPS led me astray, and despite being 15 minutes late, she still managed to accommodate me for my services. She maintained engaging conversation, worked efficiently, and I found the experience to be relatively painless, considering my last wax was around New Year’s, or possibly even earlier.

I purchased a wax on Groupon and when I called to set an appointment; I didn’t even finish my sentence and she hung up on me and blocked me from being able to call back… extremely unprofessional… now I lost that money I spent and no explanation or anything… Straight Trash
