I am beyond upset with the experience we had here. My good friend — a BRIDE the week of her wedding — trusted this business for something as important as her spray tan, and they completely failed her. Her hands, wrists and neck were left dark orange, blotchy, and clearly over-processed. It was obvious something went wrong. When we went back to address it, spoke with Hailee and instead of taking accountability or showing urgency, we were met with an slight attitude and defensiveness. There was no real solution offered. The only “advice” given was from online -a basic home remedy (baking soda and lemon juice) , and at that point the Owner (Hailee) was literally GOOGLING what to do. That is not professionalism.
