They are very unprofessional. We used them last year for marketing purposes. Our company has been trying over a week to get their tax id number. They don't return our calls when we leave messages. The receptionist has the worst attitude stating she dont know how to help us. How does a company not know their tax id number. It makes me even wonder if they're a real company since it has taken over a week and til this day no response back. We'll be contacting the BBB.

I was told that I wasn’t gonna be charged the service for doing my taxes with them because I worked at a location that had one of their booths then I come to find out that they charged me $300 for their service and I’m calling the manager to see what’s going on and I’m only getting the runaround. I was told I would be called back within the next hour because he was with a customer and I let about two hours pass by. I called them back and now he is not an office and they don’t know where he’s at or when he will be returning. I asked for a number where I can call their manager directly or if there’s anybody that I can speak with, the girl said she’s only been working there for a week and she doesn’t know any info.
