I will preface this by stating that there were many great things about this location. The staff is very friendly. The lady that attended to me was nice and communacative. This place was reccomended to me by a multitude of friends. When I messaged them, I was told that I was going to be attended by a guy who specialized in long hair. I never saw or got treated by this person. The lady who attented to me was communicating and hearing me in what I wanted. The photos I showed still clearly showed a good amount of length. Before the cut even started I said the main thing I wanted was to just slightly cut the length and uncover my eyes. Many times I made it clear I liked the length and even said to only use siccors. Ruined my hair. I wanted to get wispy bangs and was given a bowl type of haircut. They didn’t even wet my hair at all. I hate my hair. I’m so devastated by this and I will not be going back.

Great place to get a hair cut everyone is polite and nice to you. When you go in ask for don Fidel he will leave you looking sharp.
