5 people waiting, 4 attendants, and only one person cutting hair the others in break or I don't know, they didn't even acknowledge customers, well actually was just 1 person in the entrance,she didn't even greet or anything just looking like what? Whatever my husban cut his hair I didn't, I decided not on top of the rudeness we have to wait because they were eating!!! Is my first time so I didn't like vibes.

We go here every time we need haircuts and will continue to do so as long as we can. The stylists were amazing with my whole families haircuts as always! And the lady who did my son’s hair was PHENOMENAL with dealing with a very upset and uncomfortable toddler who did NOT want the clippers near him. She was super patient and accommodating; and was able to get the cut done quickly and efficiently.

I schedule an appointment yesterday for today at 10:30 am with Lorena. I was recommended. They even ask for my phone number to send me the directions of where their location Was. When I arrive today She wasn’t there. I asked to see where she was app maybe having breakfast or in the back room because I noticed they kept taking people and seeing them down for haircuts. Well when I asked I was informed that she called out sick. Not once did they call me to let me know or give me a heads up even when I signed in I put down my name and who I was here for. Bad customer service. The girls just called for the next person and didn’t bother to let me know. Very unprofessional.

Love how they cut my hair great for $10 dollar for men. lovely people can use debit or cash it was my first time there love it will go back again. Love the way they ask you what you want and like when they ask you will you like this instead but that if you want to but love it there.

Not bad services but they over charge me cut my hair wrong and that was it no blow dry my hair or nothing it was more like pay me bye
