La Navi Nails

Update- less than a week and one nail broke easily ( which never happens to me) and almost every nail has a chip. Was so happy with the service yet they are not holding g up as they typically do for me. OP -Such attention to detail! Meticulous work from everyone. Lisa did my nails and was careful, gentle and added her suggestions to what I desired and made it even better. While I didn’t catch the names of the two ladies who did my pedicure (one did flower design other did rest of pedicure) the attention to each detail was much appreciated. Even though I was satisfied enough with the first flower she wasn’t and kept at it until it was just right. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular. Competitive prices, clean salon and wonderful work. Thank you!

came in on a Tuesday afternoon for a dip full set, spent close to 4 hours to walk out with the worst set I’ve ever gotten in my life. Only reason I didn’t complain is because I didn’t want to sit there any longer on my only day off. Waste of time and money.

If I could leave negative zero reviews I would! I literally just left this place 10minutes ago. I called for a pedicure they said come at 1230, they put me in the water until 115pm. The pictures is the end result. She said NOTHING to me but spoke to others around me probably because I was black and they were white (speculation but that’s the vibe I got). And had the nerve to bring up a top! Look at my toes!! Like anyone has money to throw away. If she didn’t want to do my feet she should have said that! Now I have to go someplace else and pay ADDITIONAL money to have it fixed or done the right way.

I went into La Navi looking to get a fill on a set of nails I was pretty unhappy with that I had done at another nail salon. I had no idea how INSANELY HAPPY I was going to be with the service I received there! Not only is it clean and spacious, but my technician Lee is AMAZING. I've never had such a PERFECT set of nails, done EXACTLY the way I wanted. She's just what I've been looking for in a nail tech! I also met Kevin, who i think might be the owner. He was so friendly and thoughtful. He offered me a bottled water, and asked if I would like to sit in one of the many pedicure chairs to enjoy a back massage as I waited for Lee to finish up with another client. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Best nail place in the area. I've tried every single spot in woonsocket/northsmith field. I gave this place a shot and won't go anywhere else. Beautiful, durable nails everytime for a very good price. None of my nails have ever chipped, and they do crazy good designs! Always walk out happy. I'm very picky about my shape as well, this is the only spot that gets them on point in every aspect!
