I keep trying to give them a try but it’s not. Worth it my gel always chips off 2 days after getting my nails done! This is the 3rd time this happen. And going back to get it fixed they always wanna charge which if you don’t speak up, you will end up having to pay for their mistake! This time around i went Wednesday before Thanksgiving on Friday the gel was chipping off 3 nails! By Tuesday lost a whole nail 🤦🏻‍♀️! Today makes a week and my nails look a mess!!!!! I paid $65 for a fill with no design because they cannot do designs for the life of them !!!!Happy i found another place in Pottsville that does nails i will not be going back to this place at all! I paid $65 for a fill with no design, my new spot (near m&t bank) charges me way less and I get 3-D art! It’s never about the price bc

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I came in to have tips added to several nails and clearly explained the length I wanted. I also came with my daughter, hoping we could sit together and enjoy the experience, but we were placed in completely different areas of the salon — one in the back and one in the front. Throughout most of my appointment, a child in the salon repeatedly tried to put their chocolate-covered hands on my pants. At one point, they wiped their hands on the floor and then all over a nail brush. This was unsanitary and very uncomfortable, and nothing was done to address it. My nail tech seemed distracted the entire time. I didn’t realize until I got home that she had completely cut off the tips she added. My nails are now shorter than when I walked in, which is

I've been a client here for over 7yrs, come at least once a month during the summer. I decided to bring my 5yr old for a pedicure she was super excited. We were seated as the techs began to start the pedicure, I notified mine that I was allergic to latex that she would have to use different gloves. She literally jumped up and yelled "then Im not doing your pedicure, someone else do her" in front of the entire salon. Ive never in my life been treated so poorly at an establishment, I was paying for services at. She disrespected and humiliated me all bc I have an allergy to the gloves. I didn't say she couldn't use gloves just not the latex ones. It was a while b4 the manager came to apologize. I have been coming here for a little bit under a year, every two weeks like clock work. I make my appointments with Brenda. To say they really put the work in, is an understatement. I have never left disappointed or unhappy with my nails or their services. All of the staff are wonderful. At this point they know me and know exactly what shape I like.
