L.A. Nails

I came in, great service but my nails lifted in 5 days came in to have them fix it and they GLUED them down instead of redoing them(which relifted after 1 day) since I paid 90 dollars for the service. I can understand polish lifting but not acrylic , I’ve gotten my nails done for 15 years now never had this experience. When I came in the next day after she glued my nails down to try and remove them because there was no point to have them on now my nails pretty much where turn off with the acrylic at the top.

I got a fill in here because my normal place was super busy. Not filed properly and uneven. I had to stop her in the middle and ask for better shaping. I got gel polish and it's chipped NEVER in the history of me getting gel gas this happened!

I thought I had found my new pedi place; reasonable pricing, friendly staff. This past Saturday I was a walk-in for a pedi. There were other customers in the salon, but not super busy. The girl told me about 15 min wait for a pedi. After waiting 20 mins, 2 ladies walk in, walk right past me waiting, and sit themselves down at a mani table. After gushing over these 2 ladies I hear staff tell them 30 min wait for pedi. After a few moments, they are walking back to the pedi chairs while I'm still waiting to be called. I guess LA Nails was more interested in making more money for 2 pedis than my 1 pedi. After watching this, and one of the staff seeing the incredulous look on my face while she tried to tell me just a few more minutes, I just got up and walked out. I drove down 9 mile t

Horrible experience. Took my daughter here to get her nails done for first day of HS.Prices posted are not the price they charged me ( charged double) almost all my daughters nails are crooked and charged extra $10 for regular polish $60 total..they look like crap. I got ripped off

Loved the job she did on my Mani Pedi. Staff is really friendly and the massage chairs are wonderful! Got a good little foot massage with my pedi and I couldn't be happier! I got Gel on my fingernails and regular on toes. Looks great and was very fast for gel to dry!
