LA Nails

This is my second time here and I have loved my experience! It’s family owned and they remember you each time you come in which I appreciate. I also love the creativity and how they are patient as I try to figure out what colors or designs I want to do. I have never had to wait either. Will definitely be coming back!

They are super nice there. However, for me the quality is terrible. I am on day 7 of an S&S and have had 2 pop off completely. I was concerned when the tips started shearing off and they would catch my hair when I was brushing my hair. I had been going to someone further away and thought I would try them. But I honestly i would never pay someone to do my nails if I had 1) this quality and 2) the need to return within 7 days. I was there 3/20/25. This is 3/28/25 photos. I expect more.

I hardly ever write reviews. But after a very long week, I decided I would go get my nails done and saw the over four star rating for this nail salon and thought it would be OK. However, you can imagine my dismay whenever I walked out, realizing that my tips were drastically misshapen. I’m attaching photos, but I can say that the nails are too thick poorly filed and just crooked. I have never come out with nails so poorly done.

i came in to get a gel manicure over my natural nail length (no tips) and the price was great! i was greeted & taken care of as soon as i walked in, and the staff were very friendly and thoughtful. the original color i chose turned out too sheer when the nail tech first applied it and she showed it to me and asked if it’s still the color i want! so she helped me choose another color 🩷 i usually do my nails myself since i have all the supplies to do SNS but they don’t last as long as they would getting it done and the damage to my nails makes me upset - they also aren’t as shiny so i decided to start getting them done and tried gel here at LA Nails. so far i prefer this over the SNS myself at home so i will be returning. the only thing is i wish i had asked for one more layer of the gel sin

Absolutely the best manicure I’ve ever received. Hands down. I use my hands a lot at work and do A LOT of typing. So I like keeping my nails short, and THIN. Everywhere else I’ve ever been they are either too thick or the sanding leaves my nails uneven in thickness. NOT HERE!! They are absolutely PERFECT. And I am picky!! I included pics to show how they fill in all the way up to your cuticle—whereas most techs (intentionally) leave a small gap so that you have to return sooner. Again—NOT HERE!! I also included a side shot showing how thin, and close to the edge of my nail the powder is. Service received: Sanding of old SNS. Tips cut off. My natural nail dipped in SNS powder. Cheapest I’ve ever paid for service, too!! Yes, I know they are short, short—but that’s the way I like them! Note:
