L.A Nails

I used to go to this salon quite frequently in the past. About a month ago I got my nails done there and they lasted about three weeks ( as long as there supposed to). I got a fill about a week ago and I was so upset that this is the state of my nails in just one week. Polish chipping within 2 days, 5 nails cracked in half. It was about $65 for the fill and I even tipped $20! What a rip off now I know not to go back again!! So upset!

My friend dragged me along while she was getting a manicure, so I passed the time by getting a basic pedicure. The lady that did it, Kay, was super friendly and did a great job! This usually isn’t my cup of tea, but she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!!

Went there to get my Dips removed and just get a basic polish. They explained to me that it wouldn't last long. I was completely fine with that, because I didn't have the time to maintain acrylics or Dips at a super short length; that's why I chose that style. Someone took me to a table to glove my hands and said someone else would be back to take care of me. The next lady trimmed and filed my nails haphazardly; no effort into shaping. Then she slapped some clear on there without asking if I wanted a color or anything. Said I was done to early and then changed her mind. I just want to know on what planet is this okay, when at that point I should just do my own damn nails. Will not be returning because it's clear they don't care if you're doing anything less then getting hard sets.

I showed a picture of what I had wanted which was blue coffin nails with butterfly’s with one nail clear but in white and I got uneven, multiple different shapes, the gold paper instead of butterfly’s, employee was not friendly and rough with the file. Didn’t even make sure nails were even or straight nor did she check if they were the correct size (these pictures are a 2 weeks after they were done but the shape has not changed and the nails did not cover my nails fully after I had got them done and was upset with the work)

The fist time I came in they were done very well but I’ve been in twice since and my experience was not pleasant. The second time I went, the woman was very judgmental about my nail choices. The third and last time I will go to LA, they were put on crooked and we’re not the shape I asked for. I ended paying $70 dollars for a simple design that was poorly executed and that I’m not happy with at all. I will have to fix these nails after this visit.
