L.A Nails

I only came here because my work hrs changed and I couldn’t make it to my regular salon. Also I like going to places in my area! Well I got a pedicure, $115 I have gel paint on my toes when asked if she could fix it she said who is going to be looking at that! I take pictures of my feet is what I told her! She then attempted to do a rush job at fixing my toes. Still looks terrible! Like I still see black polish from my last set! She was also supposed to do my nails! While laying hot towels on my legs!! She didn’t wrap them just laid them across! She ask me to pay because she’s got to leave to get to her kids and someone else will be doing my nails!! I wasn’t mad! Yesterday LA nails lost a good customer. I received a polish change on my toes and was charged $47. When I asked why it was so much when I didn't get a full pedi they said I received a full service. I then explained that I asked the young man to not do a full job because I was short on time. He then soaked my feet, removed old polish, cleaned up the nail bed and did a gel polish. I didn't receive anything else. Still in shock that I'm being over charged the owner comes over and says that I did receive a full pedi. NO I DIDN'T! She said I was lying and I should pay the full amount. To be so disrespected was mind blowing. I will NEVER spend my money with them again. To feel attacked the way I was, was a horrible feeling. Lash technician is horrible. My lashes came completely off the next day. I got clusters. Called Ty many times no response. Never go there for lashes with Ty.

Had I known I was gone have to pay for this I would’ve never came there I wanted a certain style that couldn’t be perfected so I settled for this color worst mistake I had so much extra acrylic on my nails and they were shaped badly I end up going somewhere else to get them fixed and it seem like when they mess up they be having attitudes when someone money on the line they should be able to get what they want showed a video of what I wanted with the shape it started looking a mess so we tried this color and this was the outcome it’s my birthday week and this was unacceptable
